California Lottery:

For Matt Milligan, fishing is a big priority in his life, even bigger than collecting a $3 million lottery prize! Milligan, was on his way to a Bay Area fishing trip when he decided to pick up a few California Lottery Scratchers tickets from a gas station.

The winning ticket, was a $5 Set for Life Scratchers worth $120,000 for 25 years, however he opted for the lump sum of $3 million. Realizing he'd won, instead of going home, he rang his wife to come and collect the ticket so he could go on his fishing trip! At first she thought he was joking, before eventually driving up to pick it up.

The gas station is located at Chevron, at 1200 Anderson Drive in Suisun City, where the retailer will be getting $15,000 for selling the winner! The couple plan to purchase a house and a few new cars!
