A Saginaw native adds $1 million to her bank account.

The winner bought her lucky ticket from Quick Stop Party Shop, in Saginaw. Having scratched the Ruby Red 7s ticket she could not believe her eyes as the ticket had $1,000,000 on it. She could not even believe the retailer and asked him to scan the ticket at a store. However, apparently she did hit the big one.

The winner has not made her mind yet on how to spend her prize.
