Johnny Allen, a retired man from Los Angeles has been a dedicated lottery player all the way since the California Lottery sold their very first lottery ticket back in 1985 and finally he's won a whole $2,000,000 prize. Allen, was at a donut shop called Brand Donuts which is located at 10254 in Rosecrans Avenue in Bellflower when he decided to buy some California Lottery Scratchers tickets – including the Crossword Deluxe Scratchers. However, for some reason he automatically assumed that they weren't winners without checking and went to send his ticket into the 2nd Chance draw – that's when he found out that he was the winner of $2,000,000. In regards to his plans, he said that he has a reunion coming up and now he will be able to turn up in style, with some stylish transportation too – no-one will be expecting it! 

Robert Lundstedt, 56, from Massachusetts has finally seen a return on his dedication to playing the same numbers for over 26 years after winning on not one, but NINE separate tickets in total accumulating to a $900,000 prize. Lundstedt, a carpenter has created the combination of: 1,7, 11, 26 and 30 with the feeling that one day these would win, and on the Monday, he won this was no different, he was feeling especially lucky and decided to pop into four different shops to purchase nine Mass Cash tickets by the Massachusetts Lottery including Trucchi’s Supermarket, Cumberland Farms, Quick Stop and Corner Market – all located in Bridgewater. His Wife, Virginia says that her husband usually purchases around two a day, but this time he told her that he had a hunch and his hunch was right as he came home later that night and started throwing the multiple winning tickets one by one at his wife showing her how many were winners. 

Giovanni Escamilla, 19, from South Bay hasn’t even finished with his education but he has $1,000,000 more to his name after winning with a California Black Premium scratchers ticket! Escamilla, was at a gas station with his father – which was the Cochrane Food Mart & Carwash located at 851 Cochran Road in Santa Clara County when they decided to buy some drinks as well as a few scratch-off tickets in the process. Escamilla explained that he was not someone that played the lottery on a regular basis, so on this occasion he wasn’t even sure if he had won or not so he used the new California Lottery app to check his ticket, and there it was in front of him “You’re a winner! You have won $1,000,000” on his phone. 

Cheyenne Long, from Kalispell in Montana is thankful for the universe working in her favour after finding out she had won $77,000 from TWO lottery tickets in one day. Long, started off her day realising that she had won $2000 – which was a blessing in itself on July the 1st, however something told her to keep going with that same lottery game which was the Power Play Gold Crossword so she bought three more that day at Holiday station which is in Havre located at 200 W. First Street. On the second lot of tickets, she won the top prize of $75,000 and recalled how blissful she felt in that moment of epiphany. Long said that she was in shock and had no idea if it was real for a while and doubted herself as to whether she mistakenly thought she had a letter that was not there, but it was real. 

A father, 67 from Maryland is ecstatic having found out that he has won the top prize of $50,000 with the Maryland Lottery after almost not realising. The man, who has protected his identity explained how he’s developed a routine, where he travels down Belair Road and buys tickets for games for which top prizes haven’t yet been won – in hope that he will be the one to get that top prize money. This time, he stopped off at Nikki’s Discount Liquors which is located in Baltimore and opted to buy a “Gold” scratch-off ticket, before going on to check it and conclude that it wasn’t worth anything. Yet, he couldn’t have been any more wrong he found out – he was at work, employed as a heavy equipment mechanic when he handed his ticket to his co-worker who enters losing tickets into second-chance drawings. Upon entering the ticket into the system, he found out the $5 investment had brought him in the top $50,000 lottery prize. 

Michael and Virginia Owens from Tonganoxie in Kansas have finally received a big break with their habit of playing the lottery after finding out their paper-jammed Kansas Lottery ticket was worth $22,000. The Owens, explained that they play the 2by2 lottery game practically every day – and this occasion was no different, they went to the store which was Brothers Market located at 319 Ridge Street in Tonganoxie to get a new ticket, however the machine crinkled the ticket up after a small malfunction. Yet, the clerk said to them “the tickets that don’t print right are lucky” and this couldn’t have been more true Virginia found, after checking the ticket at the grocery store the following day. 

Craig Skwarczynski and his wife Kendra, from Huntington Beach in Orange County are ecstatic following their win of $5,000,000 with the California Lottery – although the wife’s excitement was subdued, it was there for sure. It was the husband that originally purchased two lottery tickets, including a $20 Hit It Big Scratchers from Surf City Liquor which is located at 20972 Brookhurst Street in Huntington beach before heading home and splitting them with his wife. As it turns out, his wife had the winning ticket which was worth $5M – however upon realising the win, she remained very calm and gave the ticket to her husband so he could double-check she read it correctly. Funnily enough, it was Craig that turned on the waterworks and started crying as soon as he saw the numbers, overwhelmed with emotion.
