A player from Ocean County, New Jersey, has matched all five winning numbers of 26, 32, 35, 43, 52 and the Mega Ball of 10 during the Mega Millions drawing held on the 3rd of March 2009.
Advertised initially at $212 million, jackpot went up to $216 million due to stronger than expected sales right before the actual draw. The winner will need to decide whether to receive his winning over 26 years in regular instalments or claim roughly half of the prize in cash immediately.
